Job Summary:
We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to oversee construction site activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and manage day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong civil engineering background, hands-on site management experience, and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure project quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Site Supervision & Execution:
Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
✅ Quality & Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to UAE construction standards, codes, and safety regulations.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.
Work closely with HSE teams to enforce safety measures and procedures.
✅ Project Coordination & Documentation:
Assist in planning and scheduling site activities to meet project deadlines.
Maintain site reports, progress records, and material inventory.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and authorities for necessary approvals.
✅ Material & Resource Management:
Monitor and control the usage of construction materials and site resources.
Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials for uninterrupted work progress.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
Certifications: UAE Society of Engineers membership & Dubai Municipality approvals (preferred).
Experience: 4 to 6 years in site supervision, construction, or infrastructure projects.
Skills: Site execution, project coordination, AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, problem-solving, and cost control.
Languages: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
UAE Driving License: Preferred.
