Job Summary
CONIN International Consultants is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Architect to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor architectural construction activities on-site.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Review and approve material submittals and mock-ups.
- Identify and resolve architectural and construction-related issues.
- Prepare site reports, inspection reports, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, health and safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural site supervision and construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings and material submittals.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
