Job Title: Site Administrator
Location: Doha,Qatar

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Site Administrator to manage daily administrative operations at our project site. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in handling accommodation and transportation logistics for large-scale project teams of up to 300 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage site accommodation facilities, ensuring comfort and compliance with company standards
- Coordinate transportation logistics, including scheduling and fleet management for site personnel
- Maintain accurate records of employee accommodation and transportation arrangements
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth site operations
- Handle administrative documentation, reporting, and site correspondence
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies on-site
- Support HR and operations teams with onboarding and mobilization of staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Administrator or in a similar role
- Proven experience managing accommodation and transportation for large project teams (up to 300 employees)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, oil & gas, or large infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of local regulations related to accommodation and transport
