Job Vacancy: Interior Fit-Out Foreman
Location: Sharjah / Dubai, UAE
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Interior Fit-Out Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in complete interior fit-out and civil works and be capable of managing projects from start to finish while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site activities.
- Lead and coordinate teams of carpenters, gypsum workers, painters, masons, tilers, and other fit-out trades.
- Read and execute shop drawings accurately.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, MEP contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Monitor workmanship, quality, safety, and material usage.
- Solve site issues and guide the workforce to maintain productivity.
- Ensure all works comply with project quality and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an Interior Fit-Out Foreman.
- Strong experience in complete interior fit-out and civil works (gypsum, ceilings, partitions, painting, flooring, tiling, masonry, block work, waterproofing, finishing, etc.).
- Must have previous hands-on experience working as a skilled laborer or technician before becoming a foreman.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary
2500 AED – 3,000 AED (accumedation by company )
