We are a salon owner and social media influencer with a strong brand presence in Dubai. Our business spans retail and digital marketing, and we’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and innovative online engagement. We are seeking a talented professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team and drive our digital strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Front Desk
– Greet clients warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and schedule appointments using our booking system.
– Answer phone calls promptly and handle client inquiries.
– Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
– Create, edit, and upload engaging content across various social media platforms.
– Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, influencer collaborations, and paid ad campaigns on Google and Facebook.
– Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture customer engagement and drive sales.
– Optimize content for SEO to boost online visibility and engagement.
– Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics, and adjust strategies based on insights.
E-Commerce Operations:
– Manage and optimize product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Wix.
– Ensure attractive and accurate product descriptions, competitive pricing, and high-quality imagery.
– Oversee order processing, coordinate with courier partners, and track sales performance.
Administrative & Coordination
– Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
– Prepare daily/weekly reports to monitor operational performance.
– Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience:
– 3-5 years in digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce operations.
Education:
– A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (or a closely related field) is required.
Technical Skills
– Proven proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Wix).
– Experience with email marketing platforms and running ad campaigns on Google and Facebook.
– Strong understanding of SEO and content creation.
– Familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Analytics for performance tracking.
– Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Communication
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage phone calls and client inquiries professionally.
Organizational Skills
– Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

– Professional appearance and demeanor.
– Must reliably commute to or be willing to relocate to Dubai.
