Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate offers and guide clients through the entire transaction process.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and new developments.
- Maintain accurate client records using the company’s CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Training for secondary and offlan will be provided.
