Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers as they arrive at the showroom, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
Engage customers in a friendly conversation to understand their needs.
Conduct asimple surveywith customers based on provided guidelines to collect feedback.
Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
Direct customers to the appropriate team members or areas based on their inquiries.
Provide general information about the showroom and its services, without being involved in sales activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experiencein a reception or customer service role.
Fluent in English(both written and spoken).
Strongcommunicationandinterpersonal skills.
Professional andfriendly demeanorwith the ability to engage with customers.
Ability to follow instructions and conduct simple surveys.
Available for evening shifts(full-time) at our showroom inNorth Riyadh.
Knowledge of basiccomputer skillsis preferred.
