We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to join our dynamic team and take responsibility for the smooth operation, presentation, and commercial performance of our showroom.

The Role
As our Showroom Manager, you will be the face of our showroom, creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients while leading the showroom team toward achieving business and sales objectives.
We are looking for someone with a pleasing personality, positive attitude, and flexible approach, who can confidently interact with different types of customers and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- 3–5 years of experience in showroom management, retail, sales, furniture, interior design, fit-out, or a related industry
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A pleasant, confident, and professional personality
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to manage daily showroom operations and ensure excellent presentation
- Experience in handling customer inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and sales targets
- Ability to lead, coach, and coordinate showroom sales staff
- Good understanding of the Qatar market and customer expectations
- Arabic communication skills is an advantage
- Qatar market experience is preferred
- A proactive, organized, and target-driven mindset
