Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized *Shopfloor Supervisor & Admin* to oversee daily shopfloor operations while managing administrative responsibilities. The successful candidate will ensure smooth workflow, maintain production records, supervise workers, and coordinate with management to achieve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Shopfloor Supervision
* Supervise daily shopfloor activities and ensure work is completed according to production schedules.
* Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Monitor production progress and report any delays or operational issues to management.
* Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and productive working environment.
* Coordinate with the warehouse regarding material availability and movement.
* Conduct daily inspections of equipment and work areas.
* Maintain production and attendance records.
Administrative Duties
* Handle day-to-day office administration and documentation.
* Prepare purchase requests, delivery notes, and other operational documents.
* Maintain filing systems for production, inventory, and administrative records.
* Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
* Maintain employee attendance records and leave details.
* Assist management with scheduling meetings and coordinating operational activities.
* Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in shopfloor supervision, administration, or operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Precious experience in the UAE is preferred
* Knowledge of inventory management and documentation is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering environment.
* Basic understanding of production planning and warehouse operations.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
Pay: AED2,454.50 – AED2,700.00 per month
