Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Google Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, optimizing performance, generating quality leads, and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max & Remarketing).
- Optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Develop and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, keywords, and landing pages.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to achieve campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, industry trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- PPC Campaign Management
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Experience with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Google Ads Certifications will be an added advantage.
