Job Description:
DejaVu Restaurant & Cafe is seeking a skilled and experienced Shisha Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in preparing and serving a variety of premium shisha flavors while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hookah/shisha according to customer preferences
- Ensure proper setup, cleaning, and maintenance of hookah equipment
- Recommend flavors and combinations to guests
- Monitor tables and replace coal as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and follow health & safety standards
- Provide a welcoming and professional customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hookah/shisha specialist preferred
- Knowledge of different shisha flavors and preparation techniques
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
