Job Summary ConsultantHSS (CHSS) is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer & BIM Lead to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will combine advanced electrical engineering design expertise with technical BIM leadership to ensure high-quality delivery of complex infrastructure and building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems for large-scale projects.
- Serve as the BIM Lead, overseeing the integration, coordination, and quality of BIM models.
- Ensure all designs comply with Dubai authority regulations and international engineering standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts and constructability issues.
- Manage authority submissions and facilitate the approval process for electrical infrastructure works.
- Monitor project progress, providing technical support from design through to construction and commissioning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 2 years in a similar lead or senior role.
- Local Expertise: Strong knowledge of Dubai authority regulations, engineering standards, and utility requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software and electrical design tools; proven experience in design coordination and regulatory compliance.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED25,000.00 per month
