Job Requirements
* Minimum 6 years of experience in bottled drinking water or mineral water manufacturing.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial,Engineering, or related field.
* Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
* Blowing Machines
* Filling & Capping Machines
* Labeling & Packaging Machines
* Air Compressors and Chillers
*Palletizer
* CIP (Clean-In-Place) Systems
* Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and quality standards.
* Ability to lead production teams and work under pressure.
* Good troubleshooting and maintenance coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
* Supervise daily mineral water production activities.
* Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
* Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
* Coordinate production schedules with planning and warehouse departments.
Technical & Maintenance
* Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
* Work closely with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance.
* Troubleshoot production equipment breakdowns.
Quality Control
* Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
Team Management
* Supervise operators, technicians, and helpers.
* Conduct training for production staff.
* Monitor attendance, discipline, and shift performance.
* Promote workplace safety and operational excellence.
Reporting
* Prepare daily production reports.
* Monitor raw material consumption and wastage.
* Report machine breakdowns and corrective actions.
* Analyze production efficiency and recommend improvements.
Preferred Skills
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Experience with similar bottling equipment.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
