As a Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure that our Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection by enabling flawless accomplishment, on time of delivery and cash collection.

As a Service Delivery Manager – Pressure Pumping, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
  • Collaborating with sales teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned areas to understand the activity forecast.
  • Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume.
  • Ensuring that the team fully understands the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio.
  • Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
  • Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant, related subject.
  • More than 14 years of experience in the oilfield services industry.

  • Proven experience in the Cementing business and operations.

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, with a track record of driving business growth.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 80+ employees.

  • Successfully led initiatives focused on cost reduction, project optimization, and operational efficiency, delivering measurable business value and supporting sustainable business performance.

  • Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment
  • Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems
  • Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams
