Role Overview
This position reports to the Director of Consultancy & Advisory Services and involves key account management with stakeholders across the region. Responsibilities span diverse business sectors and stakeholder operations.
Responsibilities
Operate across the SNC business, providing service delivery oversight and advice related to facilities, asset management, and operational issues.
Work across the Gulf Region and North Africa, with varying project durations and complexities.
Preferred location:
Doha, Qatar, or other regional locations with travel requirements.
Focus on financial aspects of facilities management, including utility billing, service charges, budgets, asset replacement, and life cycle costing.
Support bid and tender processes.
Assist in developing new business opportunities and stakeholder proposals.
Ensure proper contractual and commercial processes are followed.
Establish stakeholder engagement plans and ensure service quality.
Gather and analyze data to develop solutions and advice.
Complete and close stakeholder assignments, including reports and next steps planning.
Maintain industry knowledge and participate in industry events and thought leadership.
Conduct strategic reviews, design reviews, and develop service delivery models.
Manage contracts and support operations.
Deliver operational readiness and mobilization.
Requirements
Degree or technical diploma in Facility or Industrial Maintenance/Management.
At least 15 years of relevant experience.
Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Focus on professional development.
Analytical mindset.
Motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent English communication skills, especially written.
