They are the sole marketer for such leading European brands as AEG, Deutz, Elba, Nolte German Made Kitchens Wardrobes & Express Kitchens & Wardrobes, Nardi, Ignis, Turbo Air.
They are looking for a skilled Service Center Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient handling of service requests, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves managing a team of technicians and support staff, coordinating service schedules, overseeing warehouse activities, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the service center and warehouse
Manage a team handling installations, repairs, and maintenance for appliances
Coordinate with customers on service schedules and updates
Monitor service quality and ensure timely task completion
Oversee inventory levels and parts procurement
Maintain accurate service and inventory records
Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed
Prepare service reports and manage petty cash
Ensure compliance with warranty policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a supervisory role in a service/technical environment
Strong knowledge of appliance servicing and troubleshooting
Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
Proficiency in MS Office and service management tools
Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial reporting
High school diploma; certifications in customer service or technical fields are a plus
