- Good technical knowledge of cars
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and explain repair processes
- Experience in automotive service advisory is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles and understand customer concerns
- Explain repair and service requirements to customers
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team
- Prepare job cards and service estimates
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
