Service Advisor- Automobile Jobs in Dubai at AMC MOTORS TRADING LLC
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automobile Service Advisor to join our service department. The role involves acting as a bridge between customers and workshop technicians to ensure smooth vehicle servicing and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspection and prepare job cards.
- Explain service/repair needs, cost estimates, and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for accurate diagnosis and repairs.
- Provide regular updates to customers on service progress.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service completion.
- Upsell additional services such as periodic maintenance, repairs, and accessories.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain service records and update CRM/system accurately.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Basic computer and CRM system knowledge.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
