Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent at Nova Homes Real Estate LLC located in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with the role including closing Real estate Sales / Rental deal , Developers Launch sales and property management. There is flexibility for some remote work.
Renumeration
This is a commission based role upto 70%.
Visa
Preferred on Spouse/own visa. Labour Card will be provided
Qualifications
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations required
• Customer Service skills and experience
• Proven track record in real estate sales in Dubai is a must.
• Experience in real property, management, and related fields
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
• UAE Driving License
