Looking for Intermediate Experienced Candidates in the field of Foundations Engineering & Ground Improvement Contracting like, Soil Drilling, Grouting, Cavity Filling, Settlement Rehabilitation, CMC/ CFA piling, Shoring, Vibro/Dynamic and RIC Compaction etc. preferably who are experienced in UAE in Adnoc/ oil gas constructions sites;

The Purchasing Assistant will support the procurement team in acquiring goods and services essential for the organization’s operations. This role involves assisting in sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
Responsibilities
Assist in procuring goods and services as per company requirements
Support contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers
Conduct root cause analysis for any procurement issues
Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
Utilize SAP or similar software for procurement activities
Coordinate logistics for incoming materials and outgoing products
Assist in fabricating purchase orders and tracking deliveries
Adhere to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) guidelines
Collaborate with the supply chain management team for efficient procurement processes
Qualifications
Proficiency in SAP or other procurement software is preferred
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
Familiarity with supplier management practices
Understanding of procurement management processes
Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
