Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate vehicle repair requirements between drivers, Foremen, and Service Technicians.
Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion.
Provide technical support and resolve automotive service issues.
Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Service Engineer/Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably in the GCC.
Strong knowledge of automotive engineering and workshop operations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with mechanics, technicians, Foremen, and customers

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
