Fyber Optix is a fast-growing UK OEM with regional operations in the UAE, delivering high-performance optical networking and connectivity solutions across the Middle East. Our customers include system integrators, enterprises, telecom providers, government organisations and data centres.
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Dubai.
The Role
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, qualifying potential customers, and booking meetings for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, building relationships, and developing a career in technology sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research new business opportunities.
- Prospect customers through phone, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop a strong understanding of Fyber Optix products and solutions.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B sales, telesales or business development experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident making outbound sales calls.
- Organised, proactive and target-driven.
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
- IT, networking or technology sales experience is preferred but not essential.
Performance Targets
- 30 outbound calls per day.
- 30 personalised emails per day.
- 20 LinkedIn outreach activities per day.
- 5 qualified customer enquiries per day.
- 2 booked meetings per day.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
