About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Auditor to manage and conduct audits for ISO Integrated Management Systems (IMS). The role involves leading certification audits, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting clients in achieving and maintaining certification readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and conduct IMS audits in line with certification requirements
- Evaluate management systems against ISO standards including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
- Prepare detailed audit reports and non-conformity findings
- Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021 guidelines
- Provide clear, objective, and value-added audit feedback to clients
- Maintain audit integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Support continuous improvement of audit processes and procedures
Requirements
- Lead Auditor certification in IMS
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards; familiarity with additional ISO standards will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to manage audit teams and multiple assignments
- Willingness to travel for audits within Qatar.
- Computer proficiency, including efficient and accurate typing skills.
