Key Responsibilities:
Execute the talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent
Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding
Work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions
Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to improve hiring efficiency
Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with an emphasis on ATS use and mass hiring
Proven fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, tools, and best practices
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
