Job Description: Team Leader – HR & Management Consultancy (Sales)
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Team Leader to support business expansion by managing the sales team, securing new corporate clients, and strengthening existing partnerships. This role involves a blend of direct sales and team leadership, ensuring targets are consistently met while promoting HR, recruitment, and management consultancy services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Generate new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage the sales pipeline, proposals, and closing of deals
- Track team performance and ensure accurate CRM reporting
Requirements
- Relevant UAE experience in B2B sales within HR consultancy, recruitment, or a service-based industry
- Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a sales team
- Strong skills in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Hands-on experience with proposals, presentations, and deal closures
- Bachelor’s degree required; UAE driving license is an advantage
