DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for Senior Site HSE Supervisor with a minimum of 15 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry (brown field projects), preferably with QE-LNG projects
Location: Ras Laffan
Project Duration: 6 months (extendable)
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree or diploma (or equivalent experience)
- Substantial oil and gas experience, typically 15-20 years in HSSEQ, with at least 8 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, and relevant safety training certifications are crucial.
- Strong knowledge of SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations), regulatory standards, and excellent crisis management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and authorize permits (hot work, confined space, lifting) and verify Risk Assessments/JSA/LOTO.
- Monitor, inspect, and audit work sites to ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH).
- Lead accident investigation, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct safety orientations, emergency drills, and tool box talks for staff and contractors.
- Identify hazardous conditions (e.g., toxic gas exposure, fire risks) and implement engineering/administrative controls.
