Senior Site Engineer / Site Engineer (Facade) Jobs in Dubai at BEAUTY TOUCH LADIES SALON
We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer / Site Engineer (Facade) to oversee facade installation activities on high-rise building projects. The role involves ensuring all works are executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily facade installation activities at the project site.
- Ensure works are carried out as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth site execution.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues to avoid project delays.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
- Verify completed work before consultant/client inspections and handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Site Engineer: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facade, curtain wall, aluminium, or glazing projects.
- Senior Site Engineer: Minimum 6–9 years of experience in facade works, including high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of unitized curtain wall systems, stick systems, ACP cladding, glazing, and aluminium facade installation.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, and construction site coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE/GCC experience in high-rise construction projects is preferred.
Pay: AED5,500.00 – AED8,500.00 per month

- facade works, including high-rise building projects(Sr Site): 8 years (Preferred)
