A unique opportunity for a design and governance professional with expertise in signage, branding, development control, and regulatory compliance.
The role will be responsible for: • Reviewing building and marketing signage applications
• Managing project naming and branding approvals
• Supporting NOC reviews and governance frameworks
• Coordinating with authorities and internal stakeholders
• Driving compliance, inspections, and process improvements
Requirements:
✔ 7-10 years of relevant experience
✔ Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, Graphic Design, Branding, or related degree
✔ Strong understanding of DCRs, UDGs, signage policies, authority approvals, and branding governance
