Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced Forex Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Forex Sales and a proven track record of acquiring clients and achieving sales targets within the Forex or Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business by identifying and contacting prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s Forex trading products and investment services.
- Convert leads into active trading clients through effective sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Guide clients through the account opening, KYC verification, and onboarding process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to encourage client deposits and trading activity.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on Forex market trends, trading platforms, and company products.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Forex Sales is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Forex trading, CFDs, and financial markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English is required.
