Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when needed.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the system.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently and ensure timely delivery from the kitchen.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain smooth table turnover.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.
- Assist with preparing condiments, cutlery, and table setups.
- Ensure all orders are served according to Nolu’s standards and presentation guidelines.
- Handle billing, process payments, and provide receipts accurately.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling protocols at all times.
- Support the team during busy periods and assist in other duties as required.
Requirements
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willing to work across any Nolu’s branch in the UAE.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented.
