Job Description
Maxplus is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive – Exhibition Stands to join our sales team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have strong UAE experience specifically in exhibition stand sales and business development. We are looking for someone who understands the exhibition industry, has experience dealing with exhibitors and exhibition agencies, and can independently generate leads and convert them into confirmed stand projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for exhibition stand design and build projects.
- Identify upcoming exhibitions and target potential exhibitors.
- Develop relationships with exhibitors, international companies, local companies, and exhibition agencies.
- Contact potential clients and introduce our exhibition stand design and build services.
- Arrange client meetings and understand their stand requirements, size, budget, and design expectations.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate with clients to close projects.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of exhibition stand projects.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Attend exhibitions and industry-related networking opportunities to generate new business.
- Coordinate with the project and production teams after receiving project confirmation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of UAE experience in exhibition stand sales is required.
- Previous experience with an exhibition stand contractor / stand builder is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE exhibition industry.
- Existing relationships with exhibitors, exhibition agencies, or corporate clients is an advantage.
- Proven ability to generate own leads and close exhibition stand projects.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated.
- Good understanding of exhibition stand pricing, design, production, and project requirements.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Important
This position is specifically for Exhibition Stand Sales. Candidates without relevant exhibition stand sales experience will not be considered.
