Handle alladministrative functions associated with full life cyclerecruiting
Source screen and schedule interviewswith superior heads & with hiringmanagers
Recruit for Internalrequirements.
Understanding the hiringrequirements of hiring managers
Attractingcandidates through various channels like social media andprofessional networks
Reviewing resumes andscreening candidates
Scheduling interviews bycoordinating with candidates and hiringmanagers
Negotiating job offers and compensationpackages with candidates
Staying updated abouthiring trends and best practices
Maintaining thedaily reports in a tracker & updating it on a dailybasis
Qualificationsfor Recruiters:
Excellent
Communication skills
& Recruitment skillsmust. Should have handson experience in thefullcycle of recruitment preferred. Energetic& organized. A positive and proactiveapproach to
problem solving
with strong decisionmakingskills. Well versed in oral and written businesscommunications.
Multitasking

Time management & prioritizing the work.
Demonstrated proficiency
