Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior QS Engineer with strong consultant-side experience in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, cost control, and commercial management.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of total experience in Dubai, including at least 10 years as a QS Engineer working with an engineering/architectural consultant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tender drafting, and contract documentation.
- Good understanding of construction contracts and Conditions of Contract.
- Experience in contract administration, variations, claims, valuations, and cost reporting.
- Experience working on architectural engineering consultancy projects.
- Knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and practices.
- Proficiency in relevant QS/construction software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Consultant-side experience in the UAE is mandatory. Candidates meeting the above requirements are encouraged to apply.
