We are looking for a LinkedIn SDR (Sales Development Representative) to build and manage LinkedIn Agents that generate qualified meetings, sales opportunities, and pipeline growth for clients and internal business development initiatives
About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Full Stack Engineer who is genuinely curious about how things work and passionate about building products people love. You’ll sit at the intersection of modern web engineering and applied AI designing, shipping, and scaling features that put large language models, agents, and intelligent automation directly into the hands of users.
This is not a research role and not a pure CRUD role. It’s for someone who can take an idea from a whiteboard sketch to a production system: prompt design, API orchestration, backend services, and a polished frontend end to end.
What You’ll Do
● Design and build full stack applications that integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic,
open-source models) into real product workflows
● Develop backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL) for AI features RAG pipelines,
agentic workflows, embeddings, vector search, and fine-tuned model endpoints
● Build responsive, intuitive frontends (React/Next.js) that make complex AI capabilities
feel simple to users
● Own features end to end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and
monitoring
● Optimize for cost, latency, and reliability token budgets, caching, streaming responses,
model routing
● Evaluate and experiment with new models, frameworks, and tools; prototype fast, then
harden what works
● Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to translate ambiguous
problems into shipped solutions
● Write clean, well-tested, documented code and participate in code reviews
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves
● 4+ years of full stack development experience
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
● Frontend experience with React or Next.js; backend experience with Node.js, FastAPI,
or Django
● Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or
similar) into production applications
● Familiarity with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone,
Weaviate, pgvector, etc.)
● Solid grasp of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and API design
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
● Strong debugging instincts and comfort working across the entire stack
Nice-to-haves
● Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI) or building
custom agent orchestration
● Prompt engineering and LLM evaluation experience (evals, guardrails, observability tools
like LangSmith or Helicone)
● Fine-tuning or model deployment experience (Hugging Face, vLLM, model serving)
● Real-time systems experience (WebSockets, streaming, SSE)
● Contributions to open-source AI projects or a portfolio of AI side projects
