HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with a Leading Developer focusing on all types of Real Estate Projects in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Leading Developer in the UAE they offer Master Planning, Real Estate Investment and Development & Project Management.
Your new role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will support the Head of Commercial for all projects related to Infrastructure, with a large focus being on new roads in the Ras Al Khaimah area. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will assist in both pre-construction and post construction stages of the projects.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for the Senior Quantity Surveyor position in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE candidates will possess the following :
Strong background working on Infrastructure projects specifically in the UAE
Minimum of 7 years’ Quantity Surveying experience
Experience in issuing RFPs, Reviewing Contracts and Managing Consultancies
Demonstrated knowledge of both pre-construction and post construction stages
