- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions to site management.
- Aware of ISO requirements and Audits
- Implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with project specifications and international standards.
- Prepare, review, and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality procedures.
- Conduct and supervise inspections for civil, structural, mechanical, and piping works.
- Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party inspection agencies.
- Review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), inspection reports, and quality documentation.
- Identify quality issues, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor welding, fabrication, installation, NDT, and pressure testing activities (Oil & Gas projects).
- Ensure compliance with ISO, API, ASME, ASTM, AWS, and client quality requirements.
- Conduct internal quality audits and participate in client and external audits.
- Prepare quality reports, handover dossiers, and maintain QA/QC records.
- Provide technical guidance to QA/QC Inspectors and site engineers, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved without impacting project schedules.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with HSE requirements and company policies.
- Monitor all site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections for materials, workmanship, and finished works as per approved drawings and ITPs.
- Prepare and review Quality Inspection Requests (IRs), Method Statements, and checklists.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams to close inspection and NCR observations.
- Maintain documentation including test results, inspections records, and quality reports.
- Participate in material approvals, site testing, and third-party inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in the Middle East within the construction industry.
- Sound knowledge of QA/QC standards, codes, and inspection procedures.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, reporting tools, document control systems).
- Ability to prepare quality documentation, reports, and correspondence independently.
- Good communication (Hindi and English) and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards is an advantage.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
