The Role
We are looking for a passionate, presentable, and customer-focused female Sales Associate to join our small, friendly team. You will be the face of Gloé — delivering personalized skincare recommendations, creating memorable shopping moments, and helping every customer leave with their glow.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, knowledgeable consultations and product recommendations
- Achieve daily sales targets with confidence and care
- Maintain beautiful product displays and a luxurious store environment
- Stay updated on K-beauty trends and new arrivals
- Deliver the “Glow with Gloé” experience every single day
Working Hours
- Weekdays: 6-hour shifts (incl. 30-min break)
- Weekends: 7-hour shifts (incl. 30-min break)
- One full-day shift per week (12 hours incl. 1-hour break)
- One day off per week (Monday or Tuesday rotation)
