Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and partner networks.
- Provide agencies with marketing materials, assist in site visits, and address client inquiries.
- Develop sales strategies and participate in exhibitions and networking events to promote off-plan projects.
- Stay updated on real estate trends and competitor activities to provide market insights.
- Achieve sales targets through indirect sales channels and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and assist agencies with contract documentation.
Key Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in indirect sales.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property market.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
