Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Engineer with Dubai Municipality (DM) registration to join us. Under the main contracting framework, you will manage various specialized subcontractors and suppliers, strictly controlling project schedule, quality, and costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Full lifecycle project management from mobilization to handover.
- Subcontractor Management: Effectively coordinate and manage various specialized subcontractors under the main contractor framework. Strictly control project progress, construction quality, and cost accounting.
- Authority Liaison: Utilize your DM registered engineer qualification and local experience to smoothly advance communication, approvals, and inspections with various Dubai government authorities (Municipality, Civil Defense, RTA, DEWA, etc.).
- Commercial & Cost Control: Review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), project variations, and payment certificates to ensure high-profit delivery within the approved budget.
- Strategic Expansion: Provide technical and management support for the company’s engineering bidding and project execution in Dubai and the Middle East regional markets.
- HSE Compliance: Establish and maintain high-standard Health, Safety, and Environment systems on the construction site.
