Create seasonal training calendars in alignment with brand direction and ensure consistent
product knowledge
delivery across the region.
Skill Enhancement
:
Develop training programs that enhance the capabilities of our retail teams, focusing on Under Armour products. Â Onboarding Excellence:
Lead
product knowledge
inductions for new employees and champion
learning and development initiatives
. Â Engagement
Leadership
:
Promote brand-related activities like running and yoga clubs to drive employee and
customer engagement
.
Core Responsibilities    Design and deliver effective training sessions tailored to product specialists.  Develop and update training materials, aids, and assessment tools.  Evaluate and follow up on training effectiveness, implementing improvements where needed.  Collaborate with stores and department managers to ensure alignment with product training goals.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Development, or related fields
Experience:
5-7 years in sales/product training, ideally within sports retail.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems. Â Strong presentation, interpersonal, and
communication
abilities. Â Expertise in creating and customizing training materials. Â Quick adaptation to new product updates and trends.
