Job Description

Creation and management of short, mid, and long term strategic procurement goals and objectives for Direct, Subcontracting and IM&S categories (together with his/her direct reports if there is any.)

Creation and improvement of procurement processes in alignment with the stakeholders, including market analysis, strategy sourcing & negotiation and contract approval.

Identification and realization of cost-saving opportunities including local / regional consolidation projects

Management of procurement systems

Management of procurement staff in and across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and miscellaneous internal procurement support activities.

Development of the team strategy and support for the employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities

Manage and monitor Supplier Performance, lead the development of corrective actions plans and follow-up when there are issues

Develop and maintain supplier pool

Ensure subcontractors’ compliance with company policies and procedures in coordination with Global Compliance Team.

Analyze and understand the cost drivers associated with each category/supplier

Benchmark current products across suppliers and identify consolidation opportunities

Support procurement aspects of the related projects

Qualifications

3-5years’ experience in procurement

Team player at executive levels to collaborate with business units and functional partners

In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices

Strong negotiation skills

Experience with modern sourcing and procurement systems

Good communication skills, strategic mindset and problem-solving skills

Good/Excellent written and spoken English
