LCC Siporex is looking for ambitious and hardworking Fresh Saudi Engineering Graduates to join our team as Production/Civil Engineers. If you are ready to transition from theory to practice and lead teams on the production floor, this is the role for you.
The Role:
As a Junior Engineer, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Supervise and organize machine operators and helpers to meet daily production targets.
Operational Excellence: Analyze work requirements and manage manpower effectively.
Technical Oversight: Master machinery operations and coordinate maintenance or repair work to keep production moving.
Quality & Standards: Ensure all work meets our high-quality standards and technical specifications.
Safety & Discipline: Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a disciplined, punctual work environment.
What We Are Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil , Mechanical or Production Engineering.
Nationality: Saudi Nationals are highly preferred (Fresh Graduates).
Skills: Strong leadership potential, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Attributes: A proactive mindset and the ability to manage and motivate labor teams.
