About the role
We’re an integrated media and PR agency in Dubai, and we’re looking for a Senior PR Account Executive to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes communications, knows the UAE media landscape inside out, and can hold their own with senior clients from day one.
You’ll own the day-to-day running of your accounts, drive coverage that moves the needle, and help shape the campaigns behind them. If you’re energised by a fast-paced agency and have the network and the writing to back it up, we’d like to meet you.
What you’ll do
– Lead day-to-day account management across a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted point of contact and keeping every deliverable on brief, on time and on budget.
– Develop and execute PR and communications campaigns end to end, from media strategy through to results reporting.
– Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and producers across UAE print, broadcast, digital and trade media.
– Secure quality coverage through proactive pitching, press releases, features and thought-leadership placement.
– Run influencer and KOL programmes from sourcing and briefing through to contracting and performance measurement.
– Draft and edit press materials, messaging documents, briefing notes and reactive statements to a publishable standard in English and Arabic.
– Support and mentor junior team members, reviewing their work and helping raise the standard across the account.
– Contribute to new business, from research and proposal input to pitch preparation.
What we’re looking for:
– Solid PR experience, a meaningful part of it agency-side, at a level ready to step up to senior.
– Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
– An established media network across the UAE, and the confidence to keep growing it.
– A track record of landing coverage and delivering influencer campaigns that perform.
– Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic, able to produce press materials, messaging and reactive statements to a publishable standard in either language.
– Excellent client management, with the judgement to handle senior stakeholders directly.
– Comfort working to tight deadlines in a busy agency environment.
– A degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
