Senior Hairdresser – Luxury Salon , JLT Dubai Jobs in Dubai at Noona Beauty Salon
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and truly passionate Senior Hairdresser to join a luxury salon located.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a confident, stylish professional who can represent a luxury brand, deliver exceptional results, and contribute to growing the salon’s reputation and revenue.
Minimum Requirements (Must-Have):
- Minimum 5 years of professional hairdressing experience
- Strong experience in Dubai/UAE salons (at least 2 years)
- Excellent skills in:
- Hair colouring (balayage, highlights, full color, corrections)
- Hair cutting and modern styling
- Blow-dries and finishing
- Hair extensions (mandatory)
- Confident working independently with high-end clientele
- Strong spoken English and excellent client communication skills
- Professional, stylish appearance aligned with luxury standards
Additional Requirements (Very Important):
- Strong Instagram presence or professional portfolio is required
- Comfortable and confident being on camera
- Enjoys creating content and showcasing work regularly
- Social media–savvy and understands brand elevation through content
- Confident in upselling services and retail products
- Proactive personality with strong client-building mindset
