Senior Business Analyst
A senior business analyst is expected to review XXXX business processes and identify opportunities and strategies to improve business solution efficiency. They are also expected to assist in executing business plans and ensuring that the desired results are achieved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and addressing operational, functional, and technological demands and risks within the business.
Maintaining, testing, and improving business processes and systems operations.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Identifying and capitalizing on improvement potentials.
Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction.
Evaluating the performance of the solution to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
Acting as a liaison between business and implementation team.
Supervising the design of new services and evaluating how they will perform.
Creating monthly performance reports.
