Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jobs in Doha at new state facility management
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and drive the growth of our diversified business operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and extensive experience in facility management, construction, MEP, and manpower supply sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic plans and business objectives.
- Oversee daily operations across Soft Services, Hard Services, MEP, Construction, and Manpower Supply divisions.
- Drive business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Ensure operational excellence, profitability, and compliance with local regulations.
- Lead and mentor senior management teams.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and organizational KPIs.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of senior management or executive-level experience in:
- Soft Services
- Hard Services
- MEP Operations
- Construction Projects
- Manpower Supply Services
- Proven track record in business growth and operational management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the GCC, preferably Qatar, will be an advantage.
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred.
