RESPONSIBILITIES

Day-to-Day Operations: Manage and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in both US and MENA offices.

Office Coordination: Ensure smooth operations and communication between US and MENA offices, addressing issues promptly.

External Requirements Management: Maintain and manage legal, accounting, and regulatory compliance across regions.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to operational processes.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality service.

Budget Management: Assist in planning and managing budgets for cost-effective operations.

Reporting: Prepare and present reports on operational performance with key metrics.

Team

Collaboration:

Work with other departments to support business objectives and operational workflows.

Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

10+ years of experience in operations management

Experience managing daily business operations and office workflows

Strong knowledge of legal, accounting, and compliance requirements

Prior experience as a Public Relations Officer is a plus

Fluency in English

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software

Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Attention to detail and proactive operational management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in operations management within professional construction consultancies is advantageous
