Overview
Senior Commercial Project Manager – Saudi Arabia. Siemens Smart Infrastructure combines Digital Power Distribution and Digital Building Infrastructure to create energy‑efficient, safe and comfortable buildings. This role is part of the Buildings division and focuses on commercial project management across projects and contracts.
Responsibilities
- Perform Commercial Project Management activities and tasks for the assigned Projects Portfolio.
- Drive end to end commercial execution, business performance planning and ensure alignment of portfolio performance with organization goals.
- Oversight of commercial execution across projects and contracts, ensuring alignment with KPIs (Revenue, Billing Plans, Cashflow and Margins).
- Contract & Claim management with clients and subcontractors.
- Driving & monitoring of project KPIs (Revenues, Cashflows, Billing Plans etc.).
- Ongoing project Performance Monitoring (calculation and plan vs actual deviations).
- Ensuring timely cleanup of balance sheet and aging commitments costs.
- Evaluation of Risks & Opportunities, risk mitigations and reporting.
- Monitoring and evaluation of plan, actual & committed costs, and identification & corrections of discrepancies.
- Processing of purchase orders, sales orders, debit & credit notes, and invoicing in SAP.
- Bills verification with reference to agreed terms & conditions.
- Maintaining progress & payment records of subcontractors.
- Follow up of accounts receivable.
- Ensuring compliance of policies & procedure of documentation required for smooth processing of subcontractors’ payments.
- Coordination with treasury for bonds, guarantees, letter of credits etc.
- Planning & monitoring of procurements and equipment shipping schedules.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum Graduation in Accounting, Finance or Relevant Fields.
- Minimum 7 Years, Past Siemens experience is a big plus.
- Good understanding of IFRS, FRG, Accounting Standards.
- Experience in SAP is must.
- CPM@Siemens certification is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Ability to work under high pressure with very close deadlines.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
