job description:
Execute the finalized deal (activation/event/…) with partners and external stakeholders.
Follow and implement the weekly/monthly activation plans and seasonal calendar across different locations.
Monitor the internal & external communication cycle across all locations to ensure best quality and brand equity.
Coordinate all needed materials availability with marketing department and external partners.
Collaborate and liaise with key functional partners to establish the required projects.
Follow up the installment of printings, branding and campaigns materials and ensure they follow the required specs.
Evaluate and report the process and accomplishment of each project.
Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.
job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or another related field.
3-5 years in related work required.
Strong attention to detail.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills required.
Excellent coordination and multitasking skills.
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
