Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
- Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
- Define content pillars, tone of voice, and storytelling frameworks for different brands.
- Work closely with creative, design, video, and copy teams to ensure high-quality content execution.
- Analyze social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, growth, CTR, and conversions.
- Identify trends, platform updates, and content opportunities to improve organic and paid performance.
- Manage brand communication, community engagement, and reputation across social channels.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align organic and paid social strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Guide the team on influencer collaborations, UGC strategies, and campaign-led content.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social platforms.
